"Hexagon provided strategic advice to the borrower (British Solar Renewables) and acted as sole arranger of Europe’s first listed solar bond “SOLAR FINANCING 2012-1 Plc” secured against two solar parks totaling 10 MWp at Higher Hill Farm and Back Town Lane, Somerset. Hexagon acted as sole adviser in respect of the restructuring of the bond and negotiate and intermediate with the trustees and bondholder towards a successful outcome.
